Hello all!

I'm back with other Milwaukee organization solution! This time around I've designed a hanger and hanger system for the Milwaukee M18 Quik Lok Power Head and Accessories. I've got an interesting solution here but it involves placing a clamp on the shaft of a quik lok accessory (such as an edger) and then you are able to hang it on my hanger system. The clamp is printed out of PETG for durability as well as the hanger. The hanger itself has two countersunk screws in the middle of the body, perfect for mounting on a stud like I have or just onto the wall without having awkward screws. I would highly advise strong drywall anchors if you mount directly to drywall just for the obvious weight that the powerhead and a battery can have.

I've got a few variations you're welcome to purchase. I list them below:

Standard Kit - includes 1 standard wall hanger and 1 clamp/clamp hardware
Clamp Only - includes 1 clamp and clamp hardware
Extra Clearance Kit - includes 1 extra clearance wall hanger and 1 clamp/clamp hardware
Standard Hanger Only - includes 1 standard wall hanger
xtraClearance hanger - includes 1 standard extra clearance wall hanger

The standard hanger kit is excellent for the pole saw, hedge trimmer, and edger held sideways. If you want something like the string trimmer head or a rubber broom attachment, I'd recommend my extra clearance mount, this gives you about 40mm of extra wall clearance and should allow for extra space so your attachment doesn't contact the wall. If you want to hang up the entire string trimmer + power head, the extra clearance works quite well for that as well.

You can also use the standard hanger kit to hang the powerhead itself upside down, you could in theory hang it with the powerhead to the ceiling but it is extremely top heavy and I wouldn't recommend it. My hanger holds onto the metal quik lok portion of the powerhead so you don't need a clamp for just the powerhead.

All clamps in kits and clamps come with hardware so you just need to tighten it to your attachment poles. I'd recommend just tightening by hand, my clamps grip the shaft perfectly and using an impact will likely result in them just breaking because at the end of the day they are just plastic parts. For reference if you need replacements, screws are M4x10mm and nuts are M4 nuts.

As always, feel free to reach out with questions or special requests, I don't mind doing custom work for customers should my predesigned solutions need tweaking.
