3D Printed Awning Light Duty Hook For Prinsu and Sherpa Roof Racks

I'm here with a helpful roof rack hook solution for the Classic Prinsu and Sherpa Roof Racks. We've been personally using these for 180 degree and 270 awnings that require guy wires to be attached back to the rack or vehicle they are deployed from. Some companies do sell these as an option to hang hammocks between, but these from my shop are not designed to hold a hammock or any sort of substantial weight. I've tested them with over 50lbs of pulling force to with no issues, but they are perfect for attaching guy wires, hanging a shower head, or just tying things up to your roof rack

These offer a great budget solution to some of the much more expensive roof rack hooks elsewhere on the market. This is a 3D printed handle made out of PETG which is very durable and heat resistant plastic. It's printed in 60% infill so this is a heavy duty hook (for one that is printed out of plastic)

The hook is just one piece of 3D printed plastic. I'm going to sell this with stainless steel hardware of the following: 2 - M6x25mm bolts, 2 - M6 nuts, and 2 - M6 washers. The hardware I include will be stainless steel to help with corrosion resistance, although I cannot provide any sort of corrosion warranty with the hardware I provide.

I currently only have access to standard Prinsu roof racks, and have not tested them on a Prinsu Pro rack. So I cannot confirm fitment on the Pro racks just yet. If you require a different size or handle width, please feel free to reach out and we can create a customized solution for you!
